Information

PAYMENT

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit cards (American Express, Mastercard & Visa) and also offer monthly payments through the Own Art Scheme.

OWN ART

The Own Art scheme is a national initiative that makes buying contemporary art and craft affordable by letting you spread the cost of your purchase over 10 with an interest free loan. You can borrow up to £2,500, or as little as £100, and pay back the loan in 10 monthly instalments – interest free*.

The Own Art scheme is an Arts Council England initiative operated by Creative Sector Services CIC, a Community Interest Company, in partnership with Creative Scotland, Arts Council of Northern Ireland and credit provider Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance.

The loan is processed in the gallery at the time of purchase. Each loan application is subject to a credit check. If your application is successful you are free to take your artwork home to enjoy that day.

(*Typical 0% APR. Offer subject to age and status. Terms and conditions apply.)

SHIPPING

On purchase, we can obtain a quote from a reputable carrier or the client is very welcome to arrange their own shipping. Purchased work will be sent out as soon as possible. Small works will generally be despatched within a few days whilst larger paintings may take up to 2 weeks. For international deliveries, please contact the gallery.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your work purchased on-line from Greenstage Gallery and you wish to return the goods, you must inform us by email to info@greenstagegallery.co.uk within 2 days of receipt of your purchase.

Goods must then be returned as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges. Any other work must be sent as received in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it arrived. For small packages, we strongly recommend that you return your purchase fully insured through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or equivalent as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen. For larger paintings, a qualified art carrier must be used (not a general courier).

Upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the above, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required. We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser’s card.

If an item arrives damaged, please inform us by email to the above address immediately on receipt for a replacement or full refund.

Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

DISCLAIMER

Although sales information is updated on our website daily, all stock is offered simultaneously in the gallery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee your chosen item/items will still be available for sale. A member of the gallery staff will contact you to confirm your purchase.
