Biography
an early career in the sciences and a commitment to art and design has led
robert m wood to a working blend of the two.
an initial interest in victorian glass led him to a sponsorship to train in hot and
cold glass techniques in stourbridge, - a center for the british glass industry
since the 16th century - forging him a path into the world of the arts.
meeting and working with the furniture designer André Dubreuil cemented
his passion for design and making.
today working principally with flat glass he creates objects of style and beauty
which are both timeless and contemporary
