Artist Profile - Gordon Campbell
Biography
Gordon was born in Dunfermline, Scotland. He studied at Edinburgh College of Art. Where he was awarded a Post Graduate Scholarship and a Travelling Scholarship to Milan.
Artist Statement
In his time at Edinburgh Gordon the staff included the highly influential artists
W. Gilles, Mactaggart, Peploe and Phillipson. He was also a contemporary of the highly regarded Elizabeth Blackadder and John Houston.
