Artist Statement

For me the most important aspect to art is capturing the
mood of the piece. This can be through line, motion, emotion, atmosphere and
colour. These aspects are what bring a piece of work to life, often bring with
it a sense of adventure!

I am also keen on beauty, and unlike some contemporary
artists, I never shun beauty or make it something to be ashamed of. Beauty, I
feel, can be found and should be found, everywhere and in everything, in some
way or another.
